Remedyforce ~ Service Requests

Service Desk by RemedyForce brings new functionality, such as, work request approval flows.

This kb article describes how to access these new Service Requests. 

Each Service Requests has a different approval flow.  Required approvals may include your immediate supervisor clear up to VP level.

1. Log into Service Desk - Self-Service.

2. Go to RemedyForce Self-Service (if you are not already there)

3. On the right panel titled 'Common Service Requests' you will see a list of links. 


4. Choose the Service Request link you are needing.  

5. Fill out form.  Most fields are required on the forms.

6. Click Submit
