3 Why is there a time limit on using the computers?

The limit is set at three (3) hours per day for students, one (1) hour for guest between the hours of 3:30-5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, in order to manage the resources effectively and ensure more students can access a computer when needed.

4 Can laptops be checked out?

Laptops are checked out for two (2) hours in library use only. A Southwest Identification (ID) Card is required.

Students, Faculty and Staff need a valid Southwest Identification (ID) Card. Community need two forms of Identification (ID) verifying your current address.

6 How can I clear a library hold?

Overdue materials must be returned, complete a Student Appeals form and fines paid in full.

7 How do I request a book from another library to use?

Pre-arrange this request with staff at the Public Service desk or request a title via CyberCAT. Materials are transported between the InfoNet libraries.

8 How do I renew materials online?

Login to My Record in CyberCAT. The barcode number is located on the Southwest Identification (ID) Card or renew online.

9 What is the password to access TEL from home?

Use elvis as the password.

10 Where do I pay my fine?

Fines and fees are paid in the Cashier's Office.
